- Must be a self starter
- Experience: 5-7 years experience in commercial construction
- Ability to run 5 million dollar projects
- Ability to estimate projects
- Computer skills should include:
- Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Project
Microsoft Outlook
Timberline - Education: 4 year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience
PROJECT ENGINEER
- Must be a self starter
- Experience: Not required, willing to train the right person
- Computer skills should include:
- Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Project
Microsoft Outlook - Education: 4 year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience
SUPERINTENDENT
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction
- Computer skills preferred
- Must be willing to travel
- Education: High School Diploma
