Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) has provided general contracting services for several diagnostic and surgical facilities. We provided complete renovations of all interior finishes which included the operating rooms, sugical areas, reception areas, lobbies, hallways, dressing rooms, exam and recovery rooms. In some instances PCCI needed to replace all mechanical and medical systems as well as structural modifications for various projects.
In order to maintain the sterile environment for the surgical areas, all construction was done on the late night shift or on weekends to avoid interruption of everyday patient care and operations.
