Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. provided a partial renovation of the exterior of this village center located in the heart of Columbia, MD. Construction activities included structural repairs, new EIFS coating on the exterior and new roofing. New storefront signage and exterior lighting was provided.

The work was completed on time and while the center remained in full
operation.
