The Oakland Mills Village Center is located inside the heart of Columbia, MD. This ideal location made it essential for the existing village to remain in operation during the construction process. Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. provided the complete exterior renovation and expansion, as well as parking lot renovations. The parking lot renovations included new lighting, landscaping and paving.
