Port City Java

The NC State University has awarded Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) to provide general contracting services. PCCI is to prepare the 750 square foot open space in the Engineering II Building on campus to accommodate the Port City Java Coffee House.

This project is currently under construction and PCCI is providing all fit-out work which includes:

ceramic tile and vinyl floors
new drywall partitions
acoustical ceilings
new storefront
extensive mill work
tying into existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
