Candidate Requirements:

Project scheduling utilizing Microsoft Project.
Strong commercial estimating and take-off experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent leadership skills.
Cost & Quality Control system implementation

Developed client relationship skills.
Ability to work autonomously while providing routine updates to senior company management.

Candidates must have at least five years’ experience in Vertical commercial construction project management, strong verbal/written communication skills, be honest, presentable, dependable, with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
