  • Strong commercial estimating and take-off experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Cost & Quality Control system implementation
  • Integrity
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Developed client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while providing routine updates to senior company management.


Candidates must have at least five years’ experience in Vertical commercial construction project management, strong verbal/written communication skills, be honest, presentable, dependable, with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
