Our Process

Our Construction Managers continuously monitor expenditures and schedules to ensure a project is completed within the planned time frame and budget without compromising the quality of the finished product.  The Project Status Report (PSR) is the primary tool Progressive Contracting Company utilizes to coordinate all aspects of a project.  It keeps the construction process organized and forward-moving, addressing what needs to be achieved for success.

Organizes project and design targets, milestones, and developments
Provides a look forward and look back (usually two weeks in each direction, based on the team meeting schedule)
Documents budget updates
Includes RFIs (requests for information), schedule changes, and change order submittals
